Conceived for a busy person or a couple, the  Mercalli apartment  has been completely renovated in a modern style,  employing quality materials like the Bisazza tiles for the bathrooms,  and recycled wood from Tuscany for the floors and stairs.

The interiors are in perfect  condition,  as the owners  reside overseas  and the apartment  is used sparingly. 

Situated at street level  is the ample living room with wide windows, and featured in the corner the kitchen by Varenna, completely furnished. Custom closets at each side of the entrance  provide plenty of storage.

Following is the suite bedroom, with its own bathroom, now used as the live/work area.  A B&B closet is custom built to fit the area.

All floors are in recycled wood except the bathroom floor finished in resin.

The U shaped  building has an interior garden  that relay  a sense of peace in the middle of Milan. And Via Mercalli is a very quiet,  especially at night and during week-ends.
